Coming Home

Coming home on Wednesday, April 11 was one of the best days ever!

Three cheers for no more hospital bracelets!

The nurses were nice enough to help us give him a bath before we went home. He loved it, can't you tell?

Phil's Grandmother, Alta Baubie, Nana, Grammie, and Uncle Chris all came to wish us well on our first day at home.

Wes also met his "siblings" Mange and Dewey. Mange thinks he's great because Mom and Dad sit around a lot now, which means more opportunities to be pet. Dewey's still pretty skeptical of Wes, and true to Dewey's skittish nature, is scared of him.
Phil and Wesley watch their first Red Sox game together. Wes was decked out for the occasion in head to toe Red Sox gear.
