Wesley really loves to vacuum, so we let him. He loves the little carpet sweeper and will keep sweeping until the battery dies.

This is Evangeline, one of the girls in our dorm, and he loves when she checks in because she's always willing to read to him!

When my friend Sandi called and offered a girls-afternoon-out at a Red Sox/Yankees game (the last of the regular season), I hesitated because I hate missing any time with the little man on the weekends, but couldn't pass up this opportunity.

Lucky for us, it was also the game that they retired Johnny Pesky's number!

From this view, you can see Pesky's Pole, his retired number 6, and the Jumbotron displaying his information.

Both Sandi and I had sworn that we wouldn't go to another Yankees/Red Sox game after our last experiences, but we went anyways. Sandi was the lucky one who had a fan throw wine on her.

This picture isn't blurry--that's how hard it was raining!

Fortunately for us, the rain made lots of folks leave early, and we were able to sneak to seats behind home plate.

Don't you love Wes' expression. "What the ____?!?!?"

But, you can't really blame him. CPR class probably is a little strange for a kid.

We love weekend naps!
